Things to Note Important:
We strongly recommend to ONLY collect or get the balloons delivered on the actual day of your event.

Delivery:
All Helium balloons will be delivered in a bag to protect the balloons from any sharp objects and for ease of transportation.

If you require us to remove the bags upon delivery, please kindly include in the special request.

Warning:
Adult supervision is required as uninflated balloons can be a choking hazard.

Keep uninflated balloons out of reach from children and discard broken balloons.
Do not inhale helium gas at all times as it may be a health hazard.

Care Instructions
DOS:
Place balloons in a cool environment, avoid too cold areas as they may contract
Treat the balloons with gentle care
Keep balloons away from high heat, rough surfaces and sharp objects

DONTS:
Do not place latex balloons under direct sunlight as it will turn your balloons cloudy
Do not leave balloons in the car without the air-condition turned on
Do not store the balloons in the car boot
Do not assert large force on the balloons
Do not place balloons where there are very strong winds
